Introducing INTEX
J-1 Apprentice & Trainee Program
The BridgeUSA J-1 Program, administered by the U.S. Department of State, opens the door to meaningful cultural exchange experiences across the United States.
At INTEX, we are proud to support Interns and Trainees as they launch their careers in the Business, Real Estate & Construction arenas. Through structured, hands-on training programs tailored to your area of interest, participants from around the world gain valuable professional experience — and embark on a life-changing journey.
Our J-1 Intern, Apprenticeship, and Trainee Programs in Business, Real Estate & Construction may extend up to 18 months.
Important Program Documents
During your program, you will work with two key documents that guide and support your training:
DS-2019 – Certificate of Eligibility for Exchange Visitor (J-1) Status
This official document allows you to schedule an interview at the U.S. Embassy. INTEX participants receive their DS-2019 directly through Odyssey International Exchange.
DS-7002 – Training/Internship Placement Plan
This document outlines the goals, activities, and structure of your training program. Because the J-1 program is a guided, work-based cultural exchange, the DS-7002 is customized to your background as well as the Host Company’s training requirements.
